Using our knowledge of Building Services and the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry we can also provide that continued support whilst the Facilities Manager adjusts to their new environment. Even after Handover, we can provide a safety net that offers Refresher Training for the facilities team or even identify skill gaps of the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) staff if required.
